Bulk email queue

Introduction

This page will allow you to see the emails you have created by a bulk email communication. This will also provide you with a status report against each individual email.


User Permissions

The specific user permission needs to be enabled to allow users to see email queue.

Home > System Settings > User Permission Groups & Set Permissions > Click edit on the user group you wish to update


How to find the system setting

Navigate to the Bulk email queue settings page

How to use the email queue

The Bulk Email Queue has filtering options allowing to you review different Bulk Email Queues depending on the specified criteria.

 


Status types

There are 4 different status types.

  • Waiting

  • In progress

  • Success

  • Error

The status will update every 15 mins on the hour i.e 09:00:00, 09:15:00, 09:30:00 and so on.

 


Once the email queue has been processed the status will be updated


The ‘Waiting’ status means that the email is waiting for the next “run” to send

An ‘In progress’ email is being processed

Success’ confirms the email(s) have been sent successfully

The ‘Error’ status means that there has been a problem with the sending of the email(s)
