What are diary entry types?

Diary entry types can be assigned to diary reminders that you create, this enables you to filter down to show only diary entries for a particular type for example you may have a diary entry type called 'Chases' or 'Follow-ups', you could then categorise your diary entries on the homepage to show only Chases. 

How to add Diary entry types to eKeeper CRM

To add a new diary entry type click New Diary Entry Type. 

• Sequence Number - this determines the order in which the diary entry types appear in the list
• Description - this is the name of the diary entry type you are creating/editing
• Active - Check this if you want to be able to use this against your diary entries, uncheck this if you no longer wish to use this diary entry type.

Once you have finished click Save Diary Entry Type to confirm your entries.
